Yazmyn has over 12 years of experience working within the legal industry, having initially worked in Personal Injury but began working in Private Client in 2022.

Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney for both Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare.
Registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Preparing and advising on Deputyship Applications for Property and Finance.
Advising and assisting in relation to estate administration, including death notification, obtaining grants of representation, gathering assets post grant, attending to the payment of debts, and advising as to the distribution of assets between beneficiaries.
