Rachel Kelly

Experience:
Rachel qualified as a solicitor in June 2021, having graduated from The Open University with a First Class Law Degree with Honours, followed by a Masters in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law in 2018.
She has over 13 years’ experience working within private client law, initially joining the profession as a secretary whilst completing her education and progressing through to qualification as a solicitor.
Rachel is currently undertaking her STEP Diploma to further develop her specialist knowledge and expertise within the private client sector.
She specialises in both taxable and non-taxable estates, with particular experience in dealing with complex estates. She also has extensive experience in advising on and preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney. Prior to joining Owen Kenny Partnership, Rachel gained experience working for both local and national law firms.

When she’s not working or studying, Rachel is kept busy as a mum to three girls. She loves spending time with her family, travelling and making the most of any opportunity to be by the beach with a coffee and her dog.
