Diane is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX) and is a very experienced residential property lawyer. She has worked in the Property Sector since leaving school including working for a National House Builder and Solicitors dealing with plot sales, qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2003.

Diane deals with all aspects of residential property including sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold land, registered and unregistered titles, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership property, lease extensions and first registrations.
What don’t you know about Diane:
In Diane’s spare time she likes to keep fit, including doing HIIT, weights and pilates, she goes to the cinema regularly and loves to travel (having visited many countries but many still on her list to visit)! Her biggest passion is football and she has a season ticket for her favourite team.
