What is the Property Information form (TA6) – and why is it Important?

When selling a property, sellers are usually asked to complete the Property Information form (TA6). This form provides buyers with key information about the property before the sale progresses. It covers matters such as disputes with neighbours, boundaries, alterations to the property and other issues that may affect the buyer’s decision.

It’s important that the form is completed carefully and accurately, as incorrect or misleading information could lead to misrepresentation.

We believe that the recent updates to the TA6 form have improved clarity and the information provided to buyers. At Owen Kenny Partnership, we work closely with our clients to guide them through each step of the conveyancing process.
