Residential Conveyancing: Changes to the TA6 Property Information Form

The TA6 Property Information Form, issued by the Law Society as part of the Conveyancing Protocol, is completed by sellers and provides important information about the property being sold.

An updated version of the form has already been introduced. The revised form is designed to improve transparency for buyers by encouraging the disclosure of key information about a property at an earlier stage in the transaction process, reflecting wider requirements around the provision of material information in property listings.
