Racking my brains looking at an unregistered title
Not registered at land registered but the land is not merely idle.

First conveyed in a deed dated 1930 then sold again in 1946
But just the same as other houses, foundations roof tiles and bricks.

Owner dies in 1997
What’s happening to my house he says looking down from heaven?

A Grant of probate and an assent to vest into someone else’s name
But in 2014 they pass away and here we go again.

House now been unregistered land for over half a century
House now sitting there all lonely and empty.

Probate in the name of solicitors who will act as seller
Need to get on with the purchase as far as a rotating propeller.

Exchange of contracts and apply for registered land on an AP1
New buyer moves in and registration all done.
