Diane’s Friday Poems
The job of a conveyancer can be extremely varied
Although sometimes it’s stressful and makes me very harried.
The job of a conveyancer varies so much
Clients, agents, contacts all keeping in touch.
A completion date in all transactions is what we work towards
And we hope that a sale will be reasonably straightforward.
A purchase usually takes longer and generally is more complicated,
We have to investigate things, such as is the land contaminated.
We will look at the legal title and raise any enquiries
The only thing that clients ask though is can they have a completion date for their diaries.
We work as fast as we can however we are often in long chains
So we have to handle our clients’ expectations as well as use our brains.
So you can see from this rhyme that conveyancing is often like juggling plates
But the one thing we don’t do is ever make mistakes.
We are sure that clients who instruct us would definitely sing our praises
As they sit in their new gardens, admiring the daisies.
Call Owen Kenny and you know you are instructing the best
Don’t just take my word for it, put us to the test.
