Let’s get clients in to sign, close to exchange therefore they will be relieved.

Contract and transfer signed and duly witnessed by me
Clients to check when removals company say they can be free.

Contracts exchanged and buyers legally committed
Request for funds and certificate of title duly submitted.

Funds received and sent on, completion is now underway;
Banking system doesn’t crash that is what all solicitors pray.
